Unqualified staff, no explanation on the conditions,
lack of courtesy, dialogue and clarity, arrogant, no benevolence with the client, seeks to mislead the client with the aim of scamming him, ironic, repressive and authoritarian attitude. Worst car rental experience, not recommendable!!!

The service was vary good.
But there one thing that we was disappointed. We returned the car half-hour before the time, at 8:00 and we had to pay a fee of 24 €.
It doesn't make sense for me

Service Bewertung:
very bad
I fulled the car twice, once at the night before the flight (early at the morning) and again (secondly) at the morning but the tank sensor showed that the car is not full, I explained this to Bogolyub but he said that he need a recipe, I didn't have it because I didn't asked for one because I payed only 2 euro at the second try. anyway the car sensor is not working properly. I even wanted to return to the gas station but when I wanted to get out from the airport i understand that i need to pay parking on the airport according to Bogolyub I should pay that too, anyway have running out of time and this lead me to pay 25 euro more then Ieeded to
