In general it was quick & well organized. Unfortunately we were not informed that Top Rent a Car moved out of the Terminal both in Varna and in Burgas airport. Maybe a bit better communication here would have been great.

Nice compact car with apple play. Small engine, the car is not really for the highway, more for the city.

All good , he inspected the vehicle. There were no issue's at all. I had full protection anyway. But you have sent me a bill six days after the all clear for €54.00? Your representative was professional

Everything was excellent, except that when car was returned there was found a broken mirror and they called to some guy and there were no record about it. So we needed to wait in the evening until record about it was found and deposit released.
But otherwise everything else was excellet, nice new car and good service!

Good guy, kept very patient with me.
Hard working man and very understanding. Not very creative when it comes to customer service but I think it is the management.
