Very friendly and patient, we had a problem with our credit card and he kindly helped us until it was solved.
The vehicle was serviced on the spot and everything was perfect, as well as the refund of the deposit.

Everything excellent but when we returned the car they told us that 2 liters of fuel were missing, and they made us pay for the two liters of petrol and also a €15 fine which doesn't seem right to me. I felt like they were laughing at us.
By the way, how do I know that the deposit was completely full when the car was delivered to us?

When I returned the car, he spoke to me in Spanish as soon as he realised I was from Spain. Very personal attention. He was kind and comprehensive (given that I returned the car with hours of delay and I had to pay something extra for that), and explained to me everything very kindly and clearly. I liked the attention that I received, would be great to be attended by him in other occasions.

I think the engine was not very powerful for mountain roads, other than that, it was great.
