I rent several vans from you, I don't understand why I have to wait 1.30 hours to get the vehicle... after 11 am... I'm not interested. Washed, cleaned, I need the van right away. .. instead you make me wait 1.30 h.. the vehicle is in front of me.. and I have to wait.. I don't understand this policy of yours

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Gargir,
We are very sorry that You experienced unexpected charges, but we want to assure you that we never charge our clients illegitimately. The high standard and appearance of our vehicles is very important to us, so we always strive to provide cars in perfect condition.
We hope you understand that when a car is returned in dirty condition, we cannot give it to other customers on the same day, as it takes time to wash the interior and to wait till it will dry up.
Hope that You will still consider to use the services of our company again and we look forward to seeing you again.
We wish You a successful day!
