Positiv:
- Easy process to pick up and drop-off.
- Change of the car due to wrong option as requested was handled fine.
Negativ:
- Call Center from UK/Ireland(?) called us several times.
- Renewal of credit card deposit because of longer than 25 days was required.

Good booking page, free shuttle service from and to the airport, short waiting time both for pick-up and drop-off.

Friendly and professional. He could have explained a little bit more about the car features.

The car is small: one of our suitcases had to be stored on the rear seat.
The rather small rear window is partially covered with advertisement for Top Rent A Car, so that the visibility is impaired.

Better management of pickup time slots would be awesome. So you don't have to wait for half an hour to get your car whilst being eager to start your trip.

Only i would have wished for infos regarding the charging of the car - we had an EV in Varna - which charging stations can be used, app requirements, etc.
Nothing to suggest
