Прилична кола на добра цена, приветливи служители. Единствената ми забележка е престъпното копиране на информацията от кредитната карта.

He told us we lost the parking ticket even though we are 100% sure the ticket was inside. In the end we had to pay 55€ extra. Never going to book from this site again.

Friendly service , due to weather conditions the electronics sensor not working on wheels . Only 1/2 hour away had to return to airport and wait for a representative to come and reset the device. No manual in car to find out what was wrong . Quite disconcerting as first time in Bulgaria and a 4 hour journey ahead. This delay meant I had to drive in dark very late and had problems finding my accommodation. However the administration and the service was as good as one could expect in time of corona. The car itself was great to drive a Ford .. on return I also had to wait as none at airport desk. All was handled professionally and I would rebook despite this situation.. I thank the team for trying to put everything right
