I did not know that the car has to be clean. It would be good if it said on the beginning of the rental.

Elena was great but the guy who gave me the car told me it is not a problem that the antenna is missing.
Yes in the city, but in the countryside it was awful.

Unacceptable: the terrible long pick-up procedure (45min) was partly dedicated to the large crowd of customers but mainly it was effected by the excessive bureaucracy of toprentacar! I've never filled out so much documents on a pick-up desk! This must be changed!

The VW onboard GPS often failed on our Bulgaria trip (Sofia to Varna). From second day on we have only used google maps!
Apart from that a perfect car for us (4 persons) with enough space.

I've used TopRentaCar several times now and am planning to do so again in the future. It's been a positive rental experience every single time.

This car model is perfect: not too big, not too small, comfortable fit for people and luggage and drives very smooth, both in the city, on the countryside or in the mountains.
