Airport office seems a little bit understaffed. I was waiting for about 45 minuts to pickup the cars. There was only one agent present and he has to handle all pickups, vehicles checks and returns all by himself. Car was ok as always.

Ivan did very good job, his approach was professional considering the excesive workload when he was alone at the office in rush hours.
Ivan helped me resolve minor car damage very professionaly. I was please how easy it was.

Maybe consider bigger car if you plan to travel longer distances. The Bulgarian roads are not in good condition.

The Tucson Hybrid didn't get nearly as much gas mileage as other Hybrids. Was kinda disappointing there. Other than that, it was a decent car for the roads in Bulgaria.

Excellent service- I’ll be back renting from you again. I travel globally over 100 days a year and am Diamond status at Sixt, President’s Circle at Hertz and President’s Club at Avis. I prefer your company in BG over the big international competitors.

Quick and efficient
Lubo did a especially good job. I had to drop off the car due to a headlight problem and get another one on a short notice late in the evening. He managed to organize all that, while dealing with a large group of incoming clients from a flight.
