Overall the rental process was smooth and the staff was polite and professional.
The only disappointment was an additional late service fee applied despite an early return due to a flight reschedule.
I hope the company will consider more flexibility in such situations in the future.

The car was clean and technically fine.
The overall experience was slightly affected by an additional late service fee
applied despite an early return due to a flight reschedule.
Apart from this, the rental process was smooth and the staff was professional.

Bottom line: a good car at a fair price, an organized company with generally good service — but we had to make an effort to actually receive that service. It’s true that we made some changes to our plans, but that’s not something that should disrupt our experience as customers.

A nice guy, but as mentioned, we had to make an effort to get solutions from him. Under normal circumstances, the service representative or the company should be the ones making the effort to resolve problems.

in overall was good, polite team. The thing I would suggest, is to add one person more for especially for drop-off. One person is not enough, it lead to the line of people and we were worried to be late to the flight.
