The service is great, the car is clean and tidy, everything function well. The only thing I need to raise is that I cannot call the number given to me while I return my car, and the address of the parking entrance is not in google map, you have to go back from the same place of the exit. Anyway it was a nice experience driving around Bulgaria :)

The car had several warnings active, for example service overdue and low tire pressure. I had no time to ask for assistance but overall I had no troubles during the driving. I had to call the phone assistance to have the return address; they replied quickly and sending me the link via whatsapp. Much appreciated!

The process was quite time consuming and the guy seemed not to take seriously the fact that I was in late. Nevertheless, they started a shuttle bus just for me alone to save the time to my flight with a very friendly driver, so overall I was in good time for my flight.
