Услуга в этот раз была не на отлично.
Резервировал Пежо. Пока искали подтверждения письма моей скидки - желаемый автомобиль был отдан другому человеку. Мне пришлось доплачивать за аренду около 100 евро за автомобиль классом выше, хотя запрос на аренду был отправлен и обрабатывался более 3х дней. У меня не было выбора, т.к. выезд был запланирован и не мог перенестись.
Более того автомобиль оказался грязным. Я отправлял фото в компанию.
Сотрудники офиса Виктор и Хюсеин всегда молодцы и работают на 5+. К ним никаких претензий нет. Работают с душой.

It took 2 hours to collect my car, not all the fault of the agent because the booking system was faulty and the booth was understaffed. The location of the car pick up point is also a closely guarded secret

Anna is extremely professional, nice and kind, she explained everything to us with great patience and grace.
The vehicle arrived with an improper baby seat, which delayed our departure for more than 2 hours and when we asked the staff to return the vehicle later due to this, they did not agree and did not agree to compensate us for it.

when the car was inspected at drop off, we were told the seat was stained in the front passenger and rear right passenger
This was not the case - we had spilt nothing on the seats and hadn't even used the rear seats. Felt like extortion and completely made up in order to try and get us to pay more. This left a bitter taste at the end of our experience. Also no instructions for where to drop the car off

Уважаемые Коллеги. Прошу вас разобраться в ситуации с озвученной стоимостью ремонта повреждения, нанесенного автомобилю неизвестным лицом. Повреждение крыла небольшая вмятина, повреждение бампера микроскопические сколы. Ремонт этих повреждений может стоить максимум максимум 200 евро с учетом ваших административных расходов. Прошу вас удержать данную сумму из депозита и разблокировать оставшиеся средства.

- я являюсь вашим клиентом около 10-ти лет
- беру машину в аренду на длительный срок
- аккуратно исполняю условия возобновления депозита
- сохранно использую автомобиль
стоимость аренды автомобиля такого класса с учетом вышеперечисленного должна быть более экономной.
