1. Vehicle Condition (3/5)
The car was small and not very comfortable. I wanted a larger model, but the deposit for higher-class models was very high.
2. Rental Policies (2/5)
The rental policies were complicated and difficult to understand. I’ve rented cars in many countries, and only in Bulgaria have I seen policies this complex. A simpler, more customer-friendly approach would be appreciated.
3. Service at the Office (4/5)
The office staff was very helpful and did their best to assist me, which was much appreciated.
Overall Rating: 3/5
Good service at the office, but the high deposits for larger cars and the complicated rental policies made the experience less smooth. Simplifying these policies would improve the experience.

I had a very positive experience. The service was extremely kind and professional. Every interaction was handled with care, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. I felt valued and well-supported throughout. Highly recommended!

very bad
The car I rented was small and not very comfortable. I initially wanted to rent a larger car, but the deposit for higher-class models was very high. I don’t understand the whole system—why is it set up this way? I’ve rented cars all over the world and frequently travel abroad, but only in Bulgaria have I encountered a policy like this.
The rental policies in most companies here seem overly complicated for customers. I believe there could be a simpler and more accessible way to structure these policies.
That said, the office staff was very helpful overall. 💫💫💫💯💯💯
