The service provided by Top Rent from booking, collection and delivery was exemplary. I will definitely be happy to use Top Rent again in the future.

Although there was some delay in collecting the car, this was due to the business of the day, with some people queuing. However, the delay was not excessive ad did not detract from the overall experience.
We were met immediately by Svetoslav and another member of staff. The time taken to drop off the vehicle would have been minimal. However, due to my leaving the documents in Bansko, there was innevitably some delay. This was completely my fault and I would again like to apologise to Svetoslav and the Top Rent team and assure them I will get the documents returned as soon as possible. Thanks to Svetoslav for his understanding and patience.
