No complaints.
Car was exactly what we were looking for, though it did not have Sat-nav as expected.
Staff explained everything to me in English and were very helpful.

Got car I want for reasonable price and in perfect condition with excellent list of options such as navi, park assist and other. The personnel was very helpful and friendly, very fast and convenient pick up and drop off. Got the car in Burgas, returned in Plovdid. Botn locations were in airports. Was briefed how to drive in Bulgaria, what’s in the car etc. Very good experience. They were one who could provide by the moment a car with the option to drop it in the another city.

Very professional with clients, work really fast. Good in communications in English. Answered for all my questions and told everything about the car and how to drive in Bulgaria. Very friendly and helpful.
She was made the drop off easy and fast. Nadejda was at location then we arrive, so we did not have to wait or look for an agent. Very professional and friendly. Good in communication.

I just wanted a cheap runner for a trip from Sunny Beach to VT. I used the same model on a recent trip but was the DSG model (better) and the car performs well enough especially on the motorway with just myself and one other passenger.
