The car was OK. We were disappointed because we ordered a Toyota Yaris and it was guaranteed for us but we got another car instead. Another unpleasant thing was that the car we received was all scratched. We photographed all the barges that were in the car and we hope you will not relate us scratches which were done before because we did not add new scratching. We returned the car with a full tank of fuel and put the keys in a key box at the desk

Even though we pre-ordered a children car seat, it needed about an hour to really get it. In this time, nobody told us that this might take a bit, so we have waited in the very cold parking area together with our two year old. In addition, your agents had their car running, probably because they were cold as well. The exhaust from that was not very nice either.
I know that mistakes can happen and this is "ok". However, next time just tell us that it might take longer, so that we can have a coffee somewhere warmer.

The car was exactly right for us, only that it had an issue with the air in the front right wheel. We had to get it pumped twice and did not really dare to go where we initially planned.
Regarding the price: For the customer, it cannot be "too low", can it? The question is a bit weird.

We don't like the new system of having to go to Terminal 1 when when we land in terminal 2. The old system meant much less carrying of luggage.
There was no one to meet us at the airport on arrival and the TopRentACar desk was closed. Altogether, not such an enjoyable experience this time.

I was happy on collection of the car. Great service, with a smile.
I was charged 150€ for a very small scratch. Not the end of the world, but it was tiny, and as a repeat client I would have expected better treatment.
