While travelling in Turkey we should have been warned about the HGS Vignette beforehand to avoid any issues with tolls.
Price very high (but still below competitors)
Too much stickers on car. Seamed a moving advertisement.

Evereything was well till the day of the drop of. We ask if we can do it 2 hours earlier and they tell us there was no problem. We wanted to do it at 10,10 instead of 12,30. Finally they arrive at 13,05! We were almost 3 hours waiting with a baby and a ypung child. During the waitig time they tell is that we couldnt do the drop off earlier if we didnt do it in the office, that wasnt the first information they gave us. Of I do the drop off late I have to pay more, what happens in this case? Very angry with this situation.

En coches con navegador al recogerlo debería estar en el idioma del cliente. Lo pedimos al empleado que hablaba español y lo coloco ok. El navegador podría tener memorizado también el aeropuerto para devolverlo, no conseguimos que lo encontrara.
