Only negative as the car was not ready at pick up so we had to wait over 30 mins and on the drop off another customer had an issue so drop off also took a long time (over 30 minutes again) but it was not the guy's fault

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Chubb,
Thank You for Your feedback!
We apologize that you had to wait a little longer to be served.
We always strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service and be punctual in our service delivery processes. However, as with every service industry, we also have rush hours when several customers arrive with the same flight. We are currently working on optimizing workflows so that from now on it takes much less time and would be more convenient for our clients.
Hope to see You again soon! All the best!

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Pleune,
Thank You for Your feedback.
We apologize that you had to wait during the registration - usually the process of picking the car up takes not more than 10 minutes.
Indeed, our office in Sofia is the most busiest of all our offices and sometimes some of our customers, who arrive at the same time have to wait for a while. As our regular customer You know that it is not a common practice. We are striving to improve our services and we have future projects to make the process faster.
We will be happy to see you soon!
Kind Regards,
Top rent a car
