I have typically rented only for international/global car rental companies when renting outside of my home country. Top came highly recommended through the internet and an acquaintance. And I wasn’t disappointed. Actually, I was pleasantly surprised. The service is top-class (pun intended)! Great customer service started before the rental (very responsive and efficient booking process, followed by knowledgeable customer service taking care of paperwork needed for cross-border travel), continued with pick-up (where the agent explained everything in detail), and ended with return (professional and courteous agent). When in Bulgaria again, I wouldn’t rent from anybody other than Top. And, would recommend them highly to everybody!

Biko let’s was pleasant and professional, took time to explain everything in detail, and provided all the right paperwork that made crossing the land border very easy.
Emilian was professional and courteous, and took care of return matters very efficiently (we had an international flight to catch) even when there was a minor scratch (he acknowledged right away that the scratch was covered by the insurance/protection I had taken).

To reach the office to get the car has been really slow, more than 20 minutes, and also inside the office I had to wait another 10 mins. The drop-off has been really fast.

Колата бе неочаквано малка, а малката батерия беше допълнително неудобство.

Добре е да обясните, че едните коли са с по-малки бетерии и пробега им е 200км, а другите са с по-големи и нямат нужда от толкова често зареждане
