It took 35min to pick up the car. Luckily for us, we arrived before everyone else and in all fairness it was during Easter. Diyan seemed to be alone in the office and did a great job.
Drop-off took was fast and only a couple of minutes.

We were 5 people and 2 of us were flying back earlier. As i wanted to take a ticket for parking the gate opened, b.c. the license plate is obviusly registered as a rental car. I was told that i cant park at the TopRentACar parking spaces and that i would have to drive outside again and dont drive too close to the gate so i can get a ticket which i can pay myself. It would be great if you can support your workers more and help them with that issue as it was obviously not his fault! Apart from that everything worked great.
