The pick up process we waited for more than 30 minutes for a shuttle to the office where the commercial cars are rented, and than having to wait another 20 minutes in the line.

Me and my friends use Top rent a car regularly. We are satisfied. Until today. Charging a late return fee (by 1 hour) is ok. I get it. OK. But charging a fee for missing fuel in the tank? Unacceptable! Fuel refilled 3 km before the airport. A full tank!!! When I took over the car, 10, 15 liters of fuel were missing. This is quite common. I didn't deal. I don't care. I am a regular client. But I'll deal with it next time. And the question - that either I will be charged a fee for returning the car late, or for not refueling - unacceptable. I'm sorry to write a negative review today, but I'm really upset. I believe that today was an exception and I will be able to continue to recommend Top rent car.

Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Zaruba,
Thank You for Your feedback.
As we may see from Your booking, You were only charged for the late return, there was no charge for missing fuel.
Please, contact us on customer.service@toprentacar.bg. We would like to look into this further but need some more information.
Thank You in advance.
