I rate the overall service quality as "excellent". The only thing I didn´t like so much is that there was no option to include snow chains at the moment of pick-up (and it worried me a bit, since we were going to Pamporovo). But this is only a minor fault. The overall experience was EXCELLENT and the rental company was very professional throughout the process.

The pick-up process took maybe a little longer than usual, but it was my fault, since I had many doubts. The agent was very patient, polite and explained everything I needed to know.
I am sorry for making Illia wait for 30 minutes in front of my hotel!. I thought he would ask the hotel staff to call me (at the reception), so I simply didn´t know he was there until they called me from TopRentaCar. I was waiting for him and he was waiting for me. Sorry! Well, the drop-off process was straightforward and simple. I loved it!
