Автомобилът беше добре и много икономичен. Обслужването беше любезно и експедитивно. Забележка към гумите на автомобила. Те бяха стари и колата беше нестабилна, поднасяше.

Bottom line: a good car at a fair price, an organized company with generally good service — but we had to make an effort to actually receive that service. It’s true that we made some changes to our plans, but that’s not something that should disrupt our experience as customers.

A nice guy, but as mentioned, we had to make an effort to get solutions from him. Under normal circumstances, the service representative or the company should be the ones making the effort to resolve problems.

A small mix-up with the reservation meant a slight delay in getting our car. The staff sorted the issue out and we were very happy about that and the car.

Everything was great. However, don't let only one person at the drop-off. This guy had to run like crazy to service all customers (in this case more than 10) !!
