В целом, всё неплохо. За исключением 2-х моментов:
1) Пушить с оплатой и угрожать, что вызовите там кого-то, "чтобы разобрались" - не очень хорошо. При одном продлении мне отправили ссылку на оплату только на следующий день, в рабочее время, когда у меня звонки и работа. Оплатить для меня не проблема, но например при оплате с телефона - всегда белый экран;
2) WiFi Hotspot

The car and service were great, BUT the tires are terrible. There was no grip on the road. I drove in the city, I drove in the mountains during the rental. These were the worst winter tires I have ever used in my life!

When signing a contract to receive a car, I presented to Mr. Venislav the voucher of Ryanair for renting a car include full protection insurance. However, Mr. Vencislav gave me incorrect information that I do not have full insurance. To do it, I need to pay 13 euros for each day. In total I paid 117 euros. So I paid for full protaction twice to the Ryanair and to Toprentcar. This is the fourth time I have used the services of your company and I want to continue this. Please solve the problem. BR. Michael Akselrod.

When we picked up the car at Sofia Airport in the middle of the night, we received a contract from Georgi, where only 2 scratches were noticed . When we arrived in the underground parking place, there was nobody from Top rent a car , and surprisely there were more scratches on the car than mentioned. Thanks God we took pictures of it, because when we deliver the car back , we had quite some discussion about this problem with Gospodin who received the car! Moreover, on our way back to Sofia Airport, an orange light showed up with “ injection problem” and the car was not driving properly anymore and the speed kept slowing down . We were worried not to be able to reach the airport, but we managed anyway but with some delay . Obviously we called Top rent a car to inform about our problem and NOT to be charged extra hours ! Thanks God , it was ok but not really easy to convince the person that checked back the car , to understand that we had absolutely nothing to do with this injection problem . Finally we got the WHOLE deposit back, but with some frustration ! It should not be like this when you are a regular customer like we are.

Всички команди на колата изгаснаха на следващия ден след наемането и то по време на шофиране. Оказа се също, че нямаше достатъчно течност за чистене на стъклото.

picking up from the airport and arranging the car was super.
The drop off was very very poor, my flight left at 06:00 and would then have to bring the car to Terminal 2 Sofia Airport around 04:00.
No sooner said than done, however there appears to be no one behind the counter.
After waiting 30min and repeating the number on the sign on the counter, I threw the keys in the bin behind the counter.

Предното стъкло мръсно отвътре, трябваше да спирам да го почистя и за допълнителната такса при оставяне на колата не бях уведомен при резервирането.
