The car had several warnings active, for example service overdue and low tire pressure. I had no time to ask for assistance but overall I had no troubles during the driving. I had to call the phone assistance to have the return address; they replied quickly and sending me the link via whatsapp. Much appreciated!

The process was quite time consuming and the guy seemed not to take seriously the fact that I was in late. Nevertheless, they started a shuttle bus just for me alone to save the time to my flight with a very friendly driver, so overall I was in good time for my flight.

Maybe you can be more efficient at the counter by adding more points.

Bit long to take the car
A couple before me took so long to hand over the car. Don't know why because I don't understand Bulgarian.

Paid for airport collection, but did not expect to walk several hundred meters to collect the car (would have been worse if raining). Paying the additional monies would expect the car to be closer to terminal building.
Also on returning the car only one person manning the desk and also looking after car parking/inspections.
