Top Rent A Car:
Dear Mr. Keilbach,
We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our shuttle service, particularly the extended waiting time of over 20 minutes. We understand that your time is valuable, and such delays are far from the level of service we aim to provide.
During the high tourist season, unexpected delays in our shuttle service can indeed occur, however it happens rarely. Your feedback is important to us, as we are continuously working to improve our processes to ensure more efficient services for our customers.
To offer more flexibility to our customers, we have recently introduced two different ways to pick up our rental cars, as described on our website. You can now choose between airport pick-up, which incurs an additional fee due to the increased airport fees and rents imposed by landlords, or office pick-up. To maintain competitive pricing and provide the best service at the most affordable rates, these changes have become necessary.
We hope that this situation has not significantly impacted your overall rental experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome you as our customer again.
Best regards,
Top Rent a Car

Sehr guter pick - up!

We booked airport car pickup and drop off. Arrived at the airport we were told the car had to be picked up at the head office. We would have to take the metro one station with all our luggage and then lug all our luggage along a badly paved road when it was raining!
The agent praised us for being the first customers during his 2 year electric car experience to bring back a car with 96% battery state of charge :-)

The Mokka is not recommended for people with no experience with electromobility. Without a navigation system on board you have to know which app to use (I use ABRP) Beginners should use the VW ID3

very slow customer service. tried to unsettle re insurance as the booking was done thru a 3rd party and not directly at rentalcars. Asked for the permission to cross the boarder to Greece (at Eurocar and all other counters so far never a big deal) - he mentioned that I need to request that 3 days upfront! Where is that written, how should I know this, that this is such a big deal for you??? I travelled with little kids and he let me waiting more than 1 hour!!!! I've never had such a bad service.
Super kind, helpful and quick! Perfect!
