I have a debit card only (no credit cards) and used it before for all my booking with your company during last 2 years.
When I took the car this time (Oct 27, 2024), I was informed that debit card is not enough anymore to take a car without a full included insurance. I was not informed that the policy of your company has been changed from September 2024.
As a result, I had to pay additional EUR170 for the full covered car insurance (which I did not need but had to buy to take the preliminary booked car).
My family was waiting for me during all the time when I was discussing the issue with your representative (with no success). I was really upset with the situation.

As existing customer and mostly renting for Sofia airport , Burgas employee should be learning to get near to the same standard.

Dimitar was great explaining the small letters of not having the full insurance and taking triple deposit 3000 leva , except that noting special, the car tank wasn’t full at the pick up location and scratches were all over it . Even mention to another representative at the car park he just said “ It is okay”,..
Viki , she were very professional. 10/10
