Overall, the service was good. The booking experience on the website was great, much better than the buggy sites from global rental companies. I also appreciated getting all the details via email, including photos of existing damage on the car.
That said, I was a bit disappointed with the car itself. I had originally booked a 2024/2025 Peugeot 308, but it wasn’t available, so they gave me an "upgrade" to a 2023 Opel Mokka. Honestly, it felt more like a downgrade. The car didn’t support wireless Android Auto, and I didn’t have a USB data cable with me, so I couldn’t even use maps.
Also, the listing was a bit misleading. It said the car included "NAVI" and even showed a picture of a GPS screen, which makes it seem like there's a dedicated navigation system. But nope, the "NAVI" just refers to the standard infotainment screen, which pretty much every car from the past five years has anyway.

The pick-up was fine, but after I got to the car and realized it didn't support wireless Android Auto, I went back to the agent to ask about the dedicated "NAVI" mentioned on the site. I also asked if they had a USB cable I could borrow so I could use the maps. He said there wasn't any cable and told me to look on YouTube for a solution. To be fair, it was Sunday, you were clearly short-staffed, and there were a lot of people waiting, so I kind of get it. But still, it came across as a bit rude and inconsiderate.
Drop-off was much smoother. The deposit was returned immediately, which was a nice surprise compared to other rental agencies that make you wait several days.

It doesn't support wireless Android Auto, so make sure to bring a USB-A data cable (the standard rectangular one, not type C). Also, make sure the cable supports data transfer, since a lot of cables these days are charging-only. Other than that, it's a very fuel efficient car.

You have inefficient technology that makes the process of renting cumbersome and your telephone service is useless. There are no signs at Varna airport where to return the car and to whom

Very nice guy. Dealt gracefully with the bad technology
Was nice and courteous even though it was clearly not his job to deal with the car return.

The staff is very kind and helpful from pick up and drop off, Mr Bogdan was very polite .
I was surprised to hear that an additional fees are required if I drop my vehicle little bit earlier from my schedule time, it’s an Airport office and it should be available 24 hours drop off your vehicle without any additional charges seem like any other Rent-A-Car offices all over the world.
