You need more agents. Pick up waiting time almost one hour. Returning the car, we waited for 40-45 mins in the parking garage for an agent. You need to hire more staff so customers are not waiting for very long. Otherwise, the staff members were excellent and pleasant. Car was great. Just the wait times need to improve

I returned a car with 5% lower fuel than I took it and I’ve got penalty 15 euros
I understand it is in contract, but still it’s cruelly for 5%
Also it was a problem with returning the car
I wrote to the special number for returning a car in whats’app, which your staff gave me, but nobody answered me
As a result a spent 20 minutes to find somebody to return the car

Dear Mr. Pravelev,
Thank You for Your feedback.
We understand that it is never pleasant to face unexpected expenses, so we describe all of our terms and conditions in detail on our website, so that all customers can anticipate their time and costs in advance. The fuel tax is standard under the conditions of all rental car companies, since according to the contract you take a car with a full tank and you must return it with a full tank. Otherwise, when preparing the car for the next rental, rent a car companies lose time for unforeseen manipulations.
We hope for your understanding and we will be glad to see you again among our clients.
We wish you a successful day.
